All of our jewelry comes with a ONE (1) YEAR warranty from the time of purchase. Please note that our warranty is only extended to jewelry purchased directly on our Official website,


KARINE SULTAN warrants all jewelry products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, we will either repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or replace the product altogether. Should the product not be available anymore, we will replace your damaged jewelry with a new product of equivalent value. The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty


If your jewelry needs warranty service, please email us a picture at and include your invoice number in the email. If you don't have your invoice number anymore, please email us your full contact information for us to locate you in our customer database. This Limited Warranty applies only to products bought on our website.. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, which we will determine upon assessing your jewelry. Do not expose your Karine Sultan jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, pools, hot tubs, spas, lotions, make up, and perfume. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Karine Sultan jewelry. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Karine Sultan jewelry.
