If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged full priced merchandise for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the ship date. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
PROCESS: We only process returns for jewelry purchased through our website directly. If your item was purchased from one of our resellers, please contact them directly about your return.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped back with our return form, which you can download at the bottom of this page.
Note - we do not provide prepaid return labels; however if it is more convenient for you, we can issue one for you and deduct its value ($7) from your refund. Note that we cannot issue international return labels at this time. You can request a return label below.
REFUND/STORE CREDIT: Allow up to 10 days for your return and refund to be processed. (Shipping fees will not be refunded).
EXCHANGE: When you fill out your return form, please include the item to be received in exchange. Exchanges are usually processed within 2-5 business days.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items purchased on sale/clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
