We understand you can't love all of our jewelry (and that's OK!), so we've made it easy for you to return the styles that didn't work for you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged full priced merchandise in their original packaging for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the ship date. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

PROCESS: We only process returns for jewelry purchased through our website directly. If your item was purchased from one of our resellers, please contact them directly for further help.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped back with our return form, which you can download at the bottom of this page. 
Note - we do not provide prepaid return labels; however if it is more convenient for you, we can issue one for you and deduct $7 from your refund. You can request a return label below. Note that we cannot issue international return labels at this time. 

REFUND/STORE CREDIT: Allow up to 10 days for your return and refund to be processed. (Shipping and purchase protection fees will not be refunded).

EXCHANGE: When you fill out your return form, please include the item to be received in exchange. Exchanges are usually processed within 2-5 business days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items purchased on sale/clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
