US SHIPPING & HANDLING
For items in stock, we ship within 24 hours of order placement. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the order within 48 hours, we will contact you in timely fashion.
All nationwide orders receive complimentary FIRST CLASS shipping via the USPS. Once an order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

US RETURN POLICY
We understand you can't love all of our jewelry, so we've made it easy for you to return the styles that didn't work for you!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged full priced merchandise for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the ship date.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Note that we are not responsible for the shipping costs.
PROCESS: We only process returns for items purchased through our website directly. If your item was purchased from one of our resellers, please contact them directly about your return.
Please make sure items are returned in their original condition, or we will not accept them.
All returns/exchanges must have a valid RA number. Contact us at email@example.com to get your RA number.
REFUND/STORE CREDIT: Once we receive your item back, we will update you. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded to you. Allow up to 10 days for your return and refund to be processed.
EXCHANGE: When you contact us for your RA number, you can let us know the details of the exchange. Exchanges are usually processed within 24 hours.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
