International retail orders usually ship within 48 hours, provided that the product ordered is in stock. All orders are shipped through USPS (The United States Postal Service), unless otherwise expressed. We have a $25 flat fee for all international orders.


We currently offer a secure one-step checkout with PayPal on our site for all international orders. Payment is accepted in US dollars at the time of purchase. 


We understand you can't love all of our jewelry, so we've made it easy for you to return the styles that didn't work for you! 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged full priced merchandise for a full refund, or store credit within 30 days of the ship date. Exchanges are currently not available for international orders.

We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Note that we are not responsible for the shipping costs and/or fees associated with your return. 

PROCESS: We only process returns for items purchased through our website directly. If your item was purchased from one of our resellers, please contact them directly about your return. 
Please make sure items are returned in their original condition, or we will not accept them.
All returns/exchanges must have a valid RA number. Contact us at to get your RA number. 

REFUND/STORE CREDIT: Once we receive your item back, we will update you. Please allow up to 15 days for your return and refund to be processed. Note that the refund will be for the value of the jewelry - the shipping charges will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE: We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Please note – all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Karine Sultan and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
